How To Apply
Whether you’ve applied directly after seeing an ad online or whether your application is being managed by a recruitment agency, we’ll try and make your recruitment experience with us as straightforward as possible.
All applications are judged solely on suitability for the role, based, initially, on the skills and experience you tell us about in your application – so it is really important that your CV reflects the skills requirements outlined in the job description.
If your application is successful in being short-listed, you will be invited to attend at least one interview so your suitability can be judged in more depth. We will also contact you at this stage if you are not suitable for the role.
The Hiring Manager will normally carry out the interview. You may also be asked to take a test or assessment relevant to the role you've applied for, for example, a computer based task to determine your PC skills or an exercise designed to highlight your presentation skills. In either case, you will be advised in advance so that you have time to prepare.
You will contacted by telephone to inform you of the outcome of the interview. If successful and if you accept the verbal offer, we will carry out pre-employment checks before sending you a contract and agreeing a start date.
