Richard Sykes – CFM Managing Director

Richard has the responsibility for our Facilities Management business which operates across both Public and Private sectors. Richard is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and delivery of the business plan.

Gary Kidd – Operations Director is responsible for the Financial Services Sector, collaborating with our customers to deliver real value in the working environment through the development and delivery of innovative new ways of working.

David Fettes – Corporate Real Estate Director managing the corporate real estate business for major corporate clients. David also heads Carillion’s workplace solutions team, providing innovative solutions within the real estate strategy to enable effective asset management planning.

Richard Lumby – Operations Director leading our Defence and Secure sector.

Paul Thompson – Operations Director leading our Health sector working creatively with our customers to deliver real value in the working environment through the development and delivery of “best fit” solutions.

Tim Parsons – Commercial Director overall responsibility for the commercial solutions and resources across the CFM contracts.

Mike Kasher – Finance Director leading and setting the Financial strategy, processes and procedures for CFM and managing the outsourcing and back office functions with Accenture for the CFM Business Unit.

Nicola Gyte – HR Director setting the strategic HR path for CFM in line with business priorities and practical focus on the critical HR issues, supporting the operational management and work winning.
