Carillion plc - Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 50p each in Carillion plc. These shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations under Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan. Participants in the Long Term Incentive Plan and Deferred Bonus Plan will become entitled to these shares following the vesting of awards. When issued, these shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
