Carillion plc Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
Following achievement of the performance target relating to LTIP awards made on 15 March 2005, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) were transferred from the Carillion plc Employee Share Ownership Trust (the Trust) on 2 April 2008 the following number of Carillion plc ordinary shares of 50p each:-
