Carillion awarded pre-construction services for a £300 million contract at Heathrow

Support services and construction company Carillion has been appointed by BAA to provide pre-construction services for the completion of the second satellite at Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport, worth £300 million.

The project will commence in September 2007 and is scheduled for completion in 2010. The work will involve design, value management and development of the construction programme, prior to commencement of construction work in Spring 2008.
