Network Rail announcement: track renewal contractors.

Carillion notes Network Rail's decision, announced today, that Carillion has not been selected as a contractor for track renewals work beyond early 2008, by which time Carillion will have completed track renewals work already in hand or planned.

This decision will have no material impact on Carillion's earnings in 2007 and beyond.
