Further to the announcement made on 4 March 2009 concerning Roger Robinson's decision to retire from the Board and as a director of the Company at the AGM on 6 May.

2009, Roger's Board responsibilities for Group health and safety matters have been transferred to John McDonough, Chief Executive.
