Carillion Advice Services

Combining our expertise in outsourcing and technology with our focus on delivering timely advice to individuals and corporates, Carillion Advice Services operates in the expanding and developing area of legal and advice services.

Carillion Advice Services currently has four key advice streams:

  • Legal Aid - We are proud to be a pioneer in the delivery of cost-effective, high quality telephone-based legal aid advice for the LSC.
  • Managed Legal Services - We provide a range of managed legal services for Carillion Legal globally, and for the law firms which comprise the Carillion Legal Network including Reynolds Porter and Chamberlain, FBC Manby Bowdler and Kennedys. 
  • Benefit Entitlement - We provide a sophisticated, focused and low-cost service to assess and report on welfare benefit entitlements
  • Employment Law - In an exciting new venture we are now bringing together Clarkslegal's core employment expertise with the skills of Carillion Advice Services in providing direct-to-individual employment law advice.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work - our people have defined, managed training and development plans, we hold the Law Society's Lexcel quality assurance mark, and our Legal Aid work is audited by the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, which has awarded us Level 1 for Welfare Benefits Advice and Level 2 for all other areas including Debt, Housing and Employment Advice.
