Our strong position in the commercial sector is built on our extensive range of support services for property, notably integrated facilities management solutions for complex property estates. Carillion delivers solutions that improve quality and reliability while reducing customer costs.

Our facilities management capabilities help ensure the smooth running of offices, retail outlets, and all other types of commercial property. Our customers will typically have hundreds if not thousands of properties; for example we service over 7,000 properties for BT. 

We provide both 'hard' facilities management (maintenance and repairs) and 'soft' services (such as cleaning, catering, housekeeping, reception and security).

Our energy services enable companies to progress their own sustainability agendas. To help reduce emissions, our contracts with commercial customers can include dedicated Carillion Energy Services managers. They set detailed consumption targets using the latest technology, identify rogue consumption and take action to improve energy efficiency.
