We have a track record of designing and building new hospitals, maintaining and providing facilities management to a wide range of healthcare facilities, and managing asset replacement and reconfigurations. 

The facilities that we design and build not only allow delivery of health services but also include energy-saving features and technologies for greater sustainability.

We deliver facilities management and maintenance services for both hospitals and community health facilities. Our extensive portfolio includes the prestigious Barts and the London hospitals where, in addition to facilities management, we are also responsible for non-emergency ambulance services, transferring over 150,000 patients a year.

We enjoy long term relationships with many of our customers and have successfully benchmarked our services in many hospitals without the need for market testing. In the process we have delivered significant savings back to the hospitals.
