Disruption Management Plan

A Disruption Management Plan (DMP) was produced for information purposes for each school and handed out to all stakeholders including the local authority, the school and the local community. The DMP is very detailed and provides information on site activities including traffic management, scope of works, demolition, decanting, material storage etc., along with details of the site team and their roles, contact telephone numbers, emergency procedures etc. This proved to be very successful and was consequently put forward by Carillion and won the ‘Best Public Safety Initiative’ at the National Health & Safety Awards.

The DMP is now being implemented on various projects throughout the UK.
