Carillion enabled Deutsche Bank to keep business running smoothly through the successful completion of a new four-storey office development on the contracted day.

We constructed the high quality office accommodation in a £18.5m contract, working under a partnering-type approach without the presence of an official partnering arrangement. As well as achieving practical completion on the allotted day, the site team also enabled partial occupation of the office six weeks early to satisfy the client’s operational requirements.

The new building complements existing facilities on the adjacent site, and the two premises are fully integrated with fail safe back-ups for power and data transfer. The project comprised the construction of 12,000 sq m of fully serviced offices on three levels. These were built around a central atrium, with meeting rooms, a main reception area and an underground car park.
