Charities Policy
Our Charities Policy (adopted in October 1999) guides our approach to supporting good causes through financial or in-kind contributions both at home and abroad. The Carillion Appeals Committee meets quarterly and its policy is as follows:
- The charitable object should be close to or have some connection with the Group and its objectives.
- The subject matter should be tangible and be able to reflect the support given by the Group (i.e. the Group should receive some public recognition).
- There should be a balance between the following charitable objects:
Health - Community - Environment - Education – Arts
