The implementation of our sustainability policy and strategy ensured that 57% of our targets were fully achieved and the remaining 43% achieved more than 80%.
The average score was 93%, an improvement of 90% on 2001s performance. Please note that the target setting process in 2001 was different to last year and this comparison is between the consolidated 2001 targets and the 2002 targets.
The 2003 targets have been set in a similar way to the 2002 targets and a more direct comparison shall be made.
The graphs below detail the achievement of the targets, which have been independently assessed and verified.
In addition to the corporate targets, each individual business group sets specific targets, thus ensuring that the principles of sustainable develop are adopted at all levels within the group, from decisions made by the Chief Executive to those made by Project Staff. The following are the 2002 targets from Carillion Services. Please complete a feedback form if you would like examples of targets from other business groups.
