(Taken from the Carillion Group Common Terms Handbook pg 10)
a. Employees must not take or influence a Company decision on buying or selling goods or services if they have a financial or other interest in any other party to the transaction.
b. Employees should not ain any personal benefits from the purchase of goods and services by the Company and they should not act for personal gain in any dealings on behalf of the Company.
c. If employees have any doubts about possible conflicts of interest in relation to any aspect of their work, they should consult their Manager.
