Our sustainability programme is described in the following sections: • Vision and Strategy • KPI’s and Targets Our vision and strategy incorporates a section describing how we manage sustainability in Carillion and identifies the key issues facing us in the future. This section also includes brief comments from the two external experts on our Sustainability committee, Jonathon Porritt (Forum for the Future and Chairman of the UK Government’s Sustainable Development Commission) and David Cowans (Chief Executive of Places for People, a large housing association). The KPI’s and targets section provides details of our Key Performance Indicators and our 2005 and 2006 targets.
