Considerate Constructors Scheme

All sites registered with the Scheme are monitored by an experienced industry professional to assess their performance against the eight point Code of Considerate Practice which includes the categories Considerate, Environment, Cleanliness, Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safe, Responsible and Accountable.

We are associate members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and register all our construction projects with the scheme. Being a considerate constructor involves meeting a number of requirements including care for the environment, the workforce and the general public. It includes full and regular communication with neighbours, keeping noise and dust to a minimum and arranging working hours to reduce inconvenience to the local community.
