Great Debate

We carry out an annual employee survey, the Great Debate, as well as interim climate surveys across the Group. These surveys use the latest techniques in employee research and are a significant vehicle for corporate learning. They enable us to understand the drivers and inhibitors of morale and motivation. From this, detailed action plans can be created to drive improvements.
