Strong leadership and high standards of corporate governance ensure that we conduct our business with integrity and in accordance with our Values to deliver our sustainability strategy and goals.

Our Board is responsible for driving our commitment to sustainability, evaluating our performance and approving new sustainability initiatives.

It receives a monthly report about sustainability and meets three times a year with our external advisors.

Our Group Chief Executive, Richard Howson, has Board-level responsibility for sustainability and our Chief Sustainability Officer, David Picton, has overall accountability for sustainability across the group.

"Board-level commitment to demanding targets, and active involvement in their delivery, is key to the achievement of our Sustainability vision."

- David Picton, Carillion Chief Sustainability Officer
