Customer perceptions survey
Every two years, we undertake a Group-wide customer perception survey. Highlights from the survey state:

We use these to help develop new techniques and more sophisticated solutions, building our reputation as a recognised industry leader in sustainability.
When customers were asked about the way sustainability is communicated and delivered by Carillion, we received some very positive feedback.
