Data collected at Business Group level, examples include: At two of our building projects we undertook customer satisfaction surveys from start to the end of the projects. The Blenheim Court Project achieved 72% satisfaction rate and the NAFW Office Accommodation project achieved 93% customer satisfaction levels. |

This is generally 100% across the business, also note that some customers do not give us work every year. 80% of our Building business is with 20 clients. Our Road and Rail business is generally with Network Rail, Highways Agency or longer-term maintenance contracts with local authorities. |
