Customer satisfaction levels

Data collected at Business Group level, examples include:

At two of our building projects we undertook customer satisfaction surveys from start to the end of the projects. The Blenheim Court Project achieved 72% satisfaction rate and the NAFW Office Accommodation project achieved 93% customer satisfaction levels.

Customer retention

This is generally 100% across the business, also note that some customers do not give us work every year. 80% of our Building business is with 20 clients. Our Road and Rail business is generally with Network Rail, Highways Agency or longer-term maintenance contracts with local authorities.

Due to the acquisition of PME, which greatly increased the size of our car fleet, CO2 has grown from 8,959 Kg in 2004 to 12,798 Kg in 2005.

However, CO2 Per unit has reduced from 4,291 Kg in 2004 to 4,121, Kg in 2005.
